Stage of Siege 26/11 Review: Zee5 Web Series

State of Siege 26/11 is based on India’s worst terror attack that ever happened. The series has a total of 8 episodes for you to binge-watch. The web series is based on Journalist Sandeep Unnithan’s book ‘Black tornado: The Three Sieges of Mumbai 26/11. This indicates that the series of plot research would be top-notch. We are all aware of the Sandeep Unnithan Journalism, the series revealed a lot of facts about 26/11 that wasn’t made public.

To keep the series biased and away from the nationalistic stance, State of Siege is directed by an American director ‘Matthew Leutwyler’ and he directed the web series amazingly. The series handles maturely the foreign country conflict, facts, and people’s beliefs and this very fact makes the web series one of its own kind.

State of Siege 26/11 is a Zee5 original series starring Arjan Bajwa, Arjun Bijlani, Vivek Dahiya, Sid Makkar, Tara Alisha Berry, Khalida Jaan, Jyoti Gauba, Roshni Sahota, Suzanne Bernert, Naren Kumar and Jason Shah. The series assembled an amazing and perfect cast and every cast looks perfect for the role. The acting performance looked very real in the series and you must have expected from director Matthew. The budget of this web series makes it even better and I will explain it later. The sound quality of the series is too realistic that can make you feel that you are at the scene while watching the series. We will talk about the visuals in the last section because I want to explain it to you in a better way first we should take a look at the series perspective because the web already knows the series premise but we don’t know whats makes it different and why you should watch it.

And for the visuals, they have only used the natural lights for the Shoot to give the realistic look and this helped me a lot in engaging with the series and the whole situation. Especially for those, who was a kid at that time and don’t know much details about the 2008 Mumbai attack. If you want to know anything about the Mumbai terrorist attack then watch this web series because they have covered the whole situation in a way that will keep you bound to the whole series. If I speak for myself, I watched all the episodes in one sitting without any break. So, you can imagine how good it is.

All 8 episodes of State of Siege 26/11 web series is streaming now on Zee5 premium.
